Please call or email your therapist directly to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24-hours before your appointment time.

If canceling with less than 24-hours notice:
Please note that therapists may be in-session with other clients. Your therapist will follow up with you at the time of your appointment to discuss converting your session to telehealth or rescheduling options.

For questions regarding your child’s therapy and progress:
Please email your therapist with the questions you would like to discuss at your child’s next session. You may also request a scheduled phone consultation session if more time is needed.
