What We Do
At Capital KIDS, we specialize in providing expert pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Therapy. Our services include personalized one-on-one sessions, affordable small group programs, and enriching summer camps. We work closely with children to develop essential skills in fine motor coordination, self-care, social interaction, communication, and feeding.
Our experienced therapists support a wide range of developmental needs — from helping children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and developmental delays, to supporting typically developing children who may benefit from extra help building specific skills.

Clinic Based Services
Our clinic therapy team provides evidence-based services to help children meet their goals. We provide occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, feeding therapy and a variety of small group therapies at our East Sacramento clinic.
School Contracting
We are a therapist-run, non public agency (NPA) providing speech and occupational therapy services to public schools in the Greater Sacramento Area.
Play-Based Groups
We offer skill-enriching, play-based small group sessions at our clinic location. We are now enrolling for Fall 2025!
