For families utilizing insurance HMO plans, your referral must come from and start with the health care provider. Families utilizing HMO insurance cannot self-refer to our clinic. 

For families seeking PPO insurance reimbursement, we are able to provide “super bills” for your submission to the PPO provider after the bill has been paid upfront.

It is the responsibility of the client’s parent/caregiver to verify their insurance coverage prior to services beginning. Our therapy staff are unable to assist with this process however your therapist can prepare and provide requested reports and documentation billed at their hourly rate.
